Wuaci privacy notice

This notice describes the account and service data Wuaci currently handles. It does not claim a certification or legal compliance status.

Data used to operate Wuaci

Wuaci stores account identity, verified contact information, organization membership, product roles, security sessions, audit events, and the business or finance records entered into an enabled product.

Purposes

Data is used to authenticate users, enforce authorization, operate requested features, protect the service, deliver account messages, investigate failures, and maintain auditable records.

Product analytics

Wuaci records only approved product event names and limited operational metadata. Financial values, transaction contents, passwords, tokens, and payment-card details are excluded from product analytics.

Retention and access

Access is limited by organization and operator roles. Retention periods will be documented as product and legal requirements are finalized. Security and audit records may be retained longer when needed to protect accounts and preserve traceability.

You may review active sessions, sign out everywhere, update account information, and ask about account or organization data through [email protected].

The version date changes when this notice is materially updated.
